Judicial Review Application to issue summons to prosecute: ref CO/2183/2021 (legal submission by Moynihan on 8 July 2021 without any evidence whatsoever) "... full corporation tax and final accounts had been filed with HMRC in July 2020.." Really? Seems no-one at BEIS or anywhere else knew about this supposed evidence. And the accounts were actually dated 9 months later. Hmmm.
